I just returned from Mr. Maher's condo at
the palms and i couldn't be any more
satisfied. The room was beautiful and the
view was breath-taking. Ridiculously
affordable for such a wonderful place.
Once you settle in you will not want to
leave, believe me. Mr. Maher was great

Dave & family, your condo is beautiful,
comfortable, and even nicer than it
appears in your photos. It's easy to see
you've put a lot of thought and care into
every detail. You were so kind & easy to
work with, which meant a lot. I don't
believe anyone could find a nicer place on
the beach, and the views are wonderful!
We spent a big portion of our time on
the balcony. We watched the sunrise
over the ocean in the mornings while
sipping coffee or hot chocolate, and saw
dolphins every morning! I love the beach
at night, and it was so relaxing to sit out
there and see and hear the waves roll
in. If I had to rate your condo (and you)
on a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give it (and
you) a 20!

was very cozy! We liked the decorations and the view from the balcony was spectacular!!! The
condo was very clean and was a short drive/walk to lot of restaurants and shopping! Every morning
we loved to open the door to the balcony to get that wonderful ocean breeze through the condo and

this condo don't do it justice.
We just went down for a long
weekend, and I was suprised
at how absolutely beautiful
